Cambridge Academic Partnership is a cluster of five schools within the United Learning group.

All staff working in the Partnership collaborate to ensure the schools bring out the best in everyone. We have a shared team of support staff, and the work of teaching departments is coordinated across the schools and all staff gather together for two conference days a year.

Students also benefit from an integrated curriculum which allows them to access specialist facilities across the schools, while our combined extra curricular offer promotes our commitment to education with character.

Our staff tell us that they think Cambridge Academic Partnership is a great community to work in and to develop their career - within the wider United Learning group we aim to offer you unrivalled professional development and the opportunity to work as part of a team where your contribution is really valued.

The role

We strive to enable language learning to flourish in and out of the classroom. We are committed to the development of new, original and innovative resources, which both challenge and stimulate. All members of the department embrace and share new ideas, which enhance the teaching and learning of pupils across the age and ability range. The vast majority of pupils studies at least one language to GCSE in KS4. At KS5 we offer a range of IB subjects including French & Italian.

United Learning

Cambridge Academy Partnership joined United Learning lately, a large, and growing, group of schools aiming to offer a life changing education to children and young people across England.

Our schools work as a team and achieve more by sharing than any single school could. Our subject specialists, our Group-wide intranet, our own curriculum and our online learning portal all help us share knowledge and resource, helping to simplify work processes and manage workloads for an improved work-life balance.

As a Group, we can reward our staff better: with good career opportunities, better pay, benefits, and ultimately, the satisfaction of helping children to succeed. We invest in our staff wellbeing. Our academies each have at least eight INSET days per year (with three of those solely dedicated to planning), and an ongoing group-wide wellbeing programme. It's an ethos we call ‘the best in everyone’.
