We seek to appoint an outstanding Music teacher who engages students through creative delivery and is eager to try new ideas in a supportive environment. The post forms part of the school’s Performing Arts faculty, which is a strong and dynamic team who are committed to delivering innovative and inspirational lessons to all students.
The Hart School opened in September 2016, beginning a new era of education for Rugeley. The school replaces Hagley Park Academy, Fair Oak Academy and Rugeley Sixth Form Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team with a commitment to raising standards and creating new opportunities for generations of students in Rugeley.
The School is able to offer bespoke CPD packages to support all teachers, making this a great opportunity for newly qualified teachers or more experienced colleagues seeking to further their experience. A TLR may be considered for a candidate with suitable experience.

About The Hart School
The Hart School is an 11-18, non-selective, oversubscribed school from September 2021 located in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We currently have 1195 students on roll including a growing sixth form of 150 students.
We are part of the growing Creative Education Trust and work closely with a family of schools to raise standards and to enable students to achieve their potential, thereby ensuring students are given the educational opportunity of a lifetime.
