Teacher of PE

Do you have the ability to take a lead on team games (namely Hockey, Netball and Rugby) coupled with a passion for Athletics and Swimming? We are seeking a dynamic Teacher of PE to join a highly motivated department to teach core and academic PE at all key stages. The energy and drive to promote extra-curricular opportunities within and beyond the College is essential. Experience of teaching AQA A level, GCSE and/or OCR Sports Science courses would also be an advantage.
The successful applicant will have the energy, enthusiasm and commitment to build on the team’s success and assist in taking the department forward in its delivery of an outstanding learning experience for all students.
We are an enthusiastic and highly committed team who pride ourselves on the quality of the relationships we have with our students and with each other, and with the quality of teaching and learning that goes on in our classrooms.
Whether you are just starting in the profession or have more experience, we don’t mind – we are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to inspire and support every student they teach regardless of their level of ability and help us continue to be one of the leading PE departments in the country, and to develop others through our Teaching School status.
If you have imagination, drive and the desire to be successful, can demonstrate a passion for your subject and share this enthusiasm with students, we want to hear from you.
