Calderstones School has a rare and exciting opportunity to appoint an inspiring Teacher of Physics to join a large, successful science department.  Science is taught throughout the school and is a very popular option at A-level.  We are proud to achieve excellent results for science on a consistent basis.

The Science Department is very well resourced with state of the art equipment, a dedicated Science wing housing 15 modern laboratories and prep-rooms.  The school has impressive facilities across the campus including a swimming pool and full equipped gym.

Applicants will be physics specialists who are ambitious, enthusiastic and motivational teachers; determined to achieve the absolute best for the students they teach.  It is essential that you will be able to offer physics throughout the school, including Key Stage 5.  Applications from NQTs are welcome.
