Psychology is a popular subject at Lingfield College, introduced at A level in the last 5 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Psychology to join our Head of Department in delivering the subject to our Sixth Formers. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and well-qualified individual with a strong work ethic, professionalism, flexibility and a high level of energy for the role, capable of working independently as well as part of a supportive team.
The Senior School has excellent facilities including a learning resource centre, IT suites, sports facilities, Sixth Form centre with lecture theatre, and new music block. We have small classes to enable focus on individual students who ‘have outstanding attitudes to learning and develop excellent relationships with their teachers’ (ISI 2017). Our A2 results over the last three years have seen an average of 91% A2 grades A*-C.
