Teacher of Religious Studies / Sociology

Required for September 2019 or earlier if possible

Full Time  MPS.

Would you like to teach highly motivated, bright young students? If you do then we are looking for an excellent classroom teacher with the ability to inspire.  The post would suit an NQT or experienced teacher.

Religious Studies is taught across Key Stages 3 and 4 with both core and a GCSE option taught in Key Stage 4. An A Level course is being offered for September 2019. We have very strong numbers for Sociology at A-Level with students going on to study this subject at University. Students perform well in both GCSE Religious Studies and A Level Sociology. The post may include some teaching of the Psychology A Level for a suitable candidate.

Further details, applications forms or appointments to visit the school are obtainable from the Headteacher’s PA at the contact details above or on our School website: www.bostonhighschool.co.uk  Applications should be returned to Mrs Swain at the school address above.

Closing date:  Tuesday 26th February 2019 3.30pm

Interviews:  Tuesday 5th March 2019
