We are seeking to appoint committed, enthusiastic and dynamic scientists to join our team. You must be passionate about your subject and committed to the highest level of achievement for all students. You will be required to teach across the age and ability range. 

Robert Blake is a thriving and rapidly growing comprehensive school of around 760 students. The school is an exciting place to work and was recently identified as a ‘good’ school (Ofsted, December 2015). Our ethos of ‘Aspire, Achieve, Celebrate’ lies at the heart of all we do. The school is located less than 2 miles from Junction 24 of the M5 in Bridgwater and is in a stunning all new state of the art facility. Robert Blake School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school in Bridgwater, Somerset. There are currently 975 students aged 11-16 on the school roll.

Robert Blake School is named for a distinguished 17th-century military commander who was born in Bridgwater. The town is located to the west of the Quantocks and has a population of 41,000.

The school is housed in a wonderful building completed in 2012, and boasts fantastic facilities.  The school environment provides every opportunity for students to learn and achieve.
