Teacher of Science

PACA is a growing school and we are seeking new staff to join our team to provide the same high quality learning experience that has brought PACA its rising popularity.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher of Science to teach across the school to GCSE level (depending on experience). We are looking for candidates with a passion for their chosen subject, an interest in children’s learning and the ability to form strong positive relationships with students. Applications from beginning teachers looking for an NQT role are welcome.
As part of the Aldridge Education Trust, PACA draws on a wide range of professional inputs from schools across the Trust as well as centrally employed subject experts. PACA runs a coaching programme for all staff to invest in the quality of teaching for all staff. Staff joining PACA will join the coaching programme and over time, themselves become coaches to others across the academy.
Portslade Aldridge Community Academy is an 11-16 state funded Academy. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Please complete an application form, which you can download from our website, https://www.paca.uk.com/work-at-paca/ and send with a supporting letter outlining how your previous experience would enable you to fulfil this role and send to Sheila Cahill, Executive Assistant at s.cahill@paca.uk.com
Interviews: week commencing 8th March 2021
The Principal reserves the right to interview an outstanding candidate prior to the closing date without notice.
