Our core values mean that we:

Vision

We aspire to:

• Maintain and enhance the core values in every aspect of the school's life;
   
• Become a school where, consistently, the Progress 8 measure is above 0.2 and 75% of students achieve a good grade in GSCE English and Mathematics;
   
• Remain the best non-selective sixth form in Essex at A-level;
   
• Be rated as 'outstanding' for overall effectiveness by Ofsted and as 'outstanding' by the diocese at their next inspections.
