Teacher of Science Key Stage 3 and 4 - Maternity Cover

We are looking to appoint full time Secondary Science teacher to cover a Maternity leave in April 2021. Applicants must be suitably qualified (PGCE or equivalent) and able to teach in English. Knowledge of the IB Middle Years Programme would be an advantage. Strong ICT skills are essential as the school is involved in an innovative project involving iPads.

As a Science teacher you will work closely with the leadership teams  who work together sharing expertise, resources, work load and innovation. Staff are valued and feel valued and this has a positive effect upon the ethos of Laude Newton College and on the success and outcomes for students.

Applicants should also include a personal statement, which responds directly to the following question (on no more than two sides of A4). ‘How would you ensure that amazing learning remains at the heart of all you do in this role?’
