Clayton Hall Academy, part of the United Endeavour Trust, is a successful school set in beautiful grounds in the suburbs of Newcastle under Lyme. We are a ‘good school’ (Ofsted 2013) with a history of high achievement and a mission to become outstanding.
We are part of a Multi Academy Trust and following conversion to Academy status we recently restructured our Science Department, implementing positive changes which are being reflected in results. We now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic and creative educator who can demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and expertise in all areas of the Science curriculum, to join us on our journey of continuous improvement. We have a large department with six well equipped laboratories and two dedicated support technicians, and deliver a full curriculum including triple science, which has been developed to meet the new GCSE requirements.
