We are proud that Outwood Academy Brumby is rated Good with Outstanding leadership by Ofsted and we are based in the friendly, North Lincolnshire town of Scunthorpe with easy access to the stunning countryside. The Academy became part of the Outwood Family of Schools in 2012 and has been transformed beyond recognition, having formerly been in Special Measures.
We provide every opportunity for children to be successful and pride ourselves on the outcomes they achieve and we were delighted that after its latest visit, Ofsted noted that staff at the academy ‘understand the needs and interests of pupils well,’ and highlighted that ‘pupils say that staff are supportive.’
