Teacher of Spanish

Croydon High SchoolCroydon

Croydon High School is seeking a talented and dynamic Teacher of Spanish to share their passion for the subject, inspiring our well-motivated girls, from year 7 through to A level.

The successful candidate must be able to teach the curriculum to A-level and must be willing to take part and help organise trips offered by the department.

At Croydon High School, Spanish is one of the more popular subject choices, with many of our students deciding to continue reading it alongside other languages at high achieving Universities.

With the new examination specifications coming into place in the near future, this is an exciting time in the development of the subject and we are looking for a dynamic teacher who will bring energy and vision to the teaching of Spanish.

Our Spanish Department is lively and lessons are engaging, interactive and fun. In teaching Spanish our emphasis is on giving students the skills and confidence to communicate in real-life situations as well as providing them with more complex grammar and vocabulary to excel through GCSE and A-level examinations.
