Job overview

We are proud of our Languages Team at Lilian Baylis Technology School.  Results are improving year on year and new and innovative ideas are being implemented.  We teach GCSE  and A level Spanish, French and Portuguese and support a number of students prepare for a GCSE  in their mother tongue. Most students study an MFL at GCSE and uptake at A level is improving 

Students have access to an excellent range of online software to aid their learning. We also have very good relationships with the Portuguese Consulate

You will be a strong classroom teacher of Spanish with a good academic background who is eager to try new ideas in a supportive environment.  You will be keen to play a role in developing a challenging and inspiring MFL curriculum through taking advantage of our great workshop and supportive colleagues

Lilian Baylis Technology School is a mixed, 11-19, inner city multicultural school located in a new building at Vauxhall, London.  In February 2013 OfSTED stated we were ‘outstanding in all aspects’.
