Teacher of Spanish

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher of Spanish (including A Level) to join our diverse and highly experienced department. You will be joining a team committed to further developing the profile of Modern Foreign Languages in the curriculum, where teachers are continually looking for ways to make their teaching creative and engaging. We are also keen to further develop the range of foreign trips that we offer to our students. The position would be suitable for either an NQT or an experienced teacher. In addition, the ability to offer French would be an advantage but is not essential. 

The person we are seeking will be:

• passionate about languages and have the desire to share that passion with students
• an innovative and inspiring classroom teacher
• able to work collaboratively
• reflective and eager to develop their teaching skills
• keen to support the introduction of Spanish as an additional language in the future.

Little Heath School is a highly successful comprehensive school (1650 on roll, including 380 in the Sixth Form) situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting to the west of Reading, with good access to road and rail links.
