This is an exciting opportunity to join our Academy, where putting students first is a fundamental part of our culture. We strongly believe that positive outcomes for our students come from the professionalism, commitment and passion for excellence displayed by our staff.

We are seeking an accomplished teacher to teach Spanish as part of a new subject offer in our school. You will need to be a reflective practitioner with either the experience, or the raw aptitude and determination to teach Spanish from age 7 to 16.  We want to encourage a love of Spanish amongst the students so your creative ideas will be welcomed.

Bridgwater College Academy is the only all-through mainstream Academy in Somerset and opened in 2012.  Student numbers are divided equally between Primary and Secondary phases; we also have a nursery provision too. The Academy was the first sponsored Academy within the Bridgwater and Taunton College Trust, which now hosts seven Academies and is itself set to continue to expand in the future.
