Teacher of Special Needs - SEMH

Long term requirement for a Teacher of Special Needs - SEMH staff member to work on a full time ongoing basis in a an SEND setting in Huddersfield. The requirement is to work with a KS4 class of students with social, emotional and mental health needs and learning difficulties.

You will ideally be Team Teach trained and skilled in working with young people who can present behaviours that may challenge. Vision offer FREE CPD and Team Teach for candidates if not. The pay for this role will be between £130 and £170 (per day)

We are looking for an exceptional Teacher of Special Needs - SEMH candidate who has a behaviour specialism and a nurturing approach.You will be teaching across the curriculum and covering all subject areas. School has a great community feel and this role is for an initial period of 4 weeks for this Teacher of Special Needs - SEMH role. 

This may be extended for a longer period and there is always plenty of other supply opportunities with Vision once this ends.Vision for Education are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and to safer recruitment. We will take up references and conduct thorough telephone and face to face interviewing with candidates prior to registration and any offer of work. 

You will be required to hold, or apply for an Enhanced DBS Check that will be registered to the update service for this Teacher of Special Needs - SEMH role.
