We wish to appoint a teacher who is committed to ensuring pupil enjoyment and progress in the creative Design & Technology Department.   We are looking for an ambitious, inspirational, enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about their subject.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and forward thinking school, which places students at the centre of all we do.

The Department teaches the Qualifications below:  

• AQA GCSE (9-1) Design &Technology

• AQA GCSE (9-1) Food & Nutrition

• Level 2 Graphic Design

• Level 2 Hospitality & Catering

• AQA A Level 3D Design

 It would be desirable for candidates to have experience and a willingness to teach:

• Technology across more than one specialism such as Graphic Design, Resistant Materials, Textiles and Food.

• Food & Nutrition at KS3/KS4

The school has strong links with the local community with a heritage of 450 years and is successful and popular with parents. You will be joining a Staff Team that is committed, supportive and friendly. We are an ambitious community committed to young people and supporting them on their journey to achieve their dreams and ambitions.
