Are you an enthusiastic and inspirational Technology teacher? If so, then this is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher to join our amazing team. As a school who has recently been awarded GOOD from Ofsted, it is a perfect time to join our rapidly growing school.

The post is suitable for both experienced and new to the profession colleagues with a specialism in RMT or Food.

This role will involve working closely with the Head of Department. The exact nature of the role and teaching commitment will be based upon the strengths of the successful candidate and the needs of the department.

Years 7 and 8 students have access to both Food Technology and Design Technology – some of which takes place through our bespoke Health and Wellbeing curriculum . In Year 9 students are able to experience a sample of KS4 courses and have a year in which to finalise their pathway choices and experience subjects in Technology further, before making final pathway choices for Year 10 and 11.

Currently we offer BTEC Tech Award in Engineering, WJEC Hospitality and Catering and are exploring the potential of offering GCSE Design and Technology in the future.
