Bordesley Green Girls' School & Sixth Form is a high achieving, over-subscribed, four-form entry 11-18 multi-cultural, inclusive comprehensive school situated on the eastern side of the City of Birmingham. We have 1,000 students on roll including 380 in the Sixth Form.

The Governing Body is currently looking to appoint a Teacher of Urdu , MPS/UPS, 0.5, to join our MFL department in early December 2019, temporary to cover maternity leave.

The department has a strong reputation for success with students making outstanding levels of progress in Urdu.

The successful candidate will:

• Have the energy, drive and commitment to make a real contribution to whole school

• Be confident in teaching GCSE and A Level
