We are seeking a motivated and creative teacher with a genuine passion for bringing the best from every single student, to join our team. 

• You will be committed to ensuring students make their very best progress, through planning and delivering engaging lessons that will inspire our learners to succeed across KS3 and KS4.
• You will support, challenge and engage a diverse cohort of students, enriching their learning experience, maximising their potential and raising attainment
• This post is equally suitable for experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers with talent and a drive for improving learning across classrooms.

We are seeking a motivated and creative teacher with a genuine passion for bringing the best from every single student, to join our team.

• You will teach in our onsite Alternative Curriculum Space called ‘The Workplace’ which has the facilities for teaching Animal Care (supported by our therapy dog Patsy, hens, small mammals and soon to be pygmy goats), Construction (with inside and outside workspaces), Hair & Beauty, Cooking and Vehicle Maintenance (with our own school car)
• You will oversee and model the planning of our vocational curriculum to include the delivery of qualifications ranging from entry level AQA Unit Awards and ASDAN programmes growing through to Level 2 qualifications where viable.
• We will look to you to take a lead to facilitate sharing of lessons and resources within our team of Teaching Assistants who teach vocational subjects too.
• You will support, challenge, and engage a diverse cohort of students, enriching their learning experience, maximising their potential and raising attainment
