Position Information
Tooleybuc Central School is a small rural school catering for approximately 130 students (Primary, 80, Secondary 50). The school is located on the Victorian border, 50 km from Swan Hill. Tooleybuc Central School provides a quality education with a focus on literacy and numeracy. The school receives strong results achieving above the state average in reading and numeracy in the 2020 Check In Assessments. Tooleybuc Central School is focused on students achieving their personal best with a strong emphasis on data informed practice, collaboration and student wellbeing. The school is focused on continually refining its practices to support all students effectively across the school.
Specific Selection Criteria
1. Approval to teach Personal Development, Health and Physical Education.
2. Ability to create and implement engaging teaching and learning programs to support student learning.
3. Ability to work as an effective team member and participate in whole school (K-12) programs.
4, Well developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
