Position Information 

Crestwood High School is situated in Baulkham Hills in northwest Sydney. The school is a 7-12 comprehensive high school with an enrolment of 1035 students including 38 students in the support unit. Crestwood High School provides a diverse and extensive curriculum responsive to the needs and aspirations of the students. The school is committed to the high expectations of learning progress and achievement for all students. Crestwood high School has a strong culture of extra-curricular programs and community involvement encouraging students to grow academically, emotionally and socially.

  
Specific Selection Criteria 

Approval to teach Science (years 7-10), Biology and Chemistry.

Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into effective classroom practice.

Demonstrated capacity to develop quality, innovative and engaging learning experiences to meet the varying needs of all students.

Ability to contribute collaboratively to faculty programs and build positive relationships with staff, students and the school community.

  
Conditions 

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
