Total Remuneration Package: Remuneration package valued at up to $127,157.00. Base salary ranges from $72,263.00 to $114,720.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Lismore Public School is a vibrant primary school situated in the centre of Lismore. The school has 10 mainstream classes and 5 support classes, including an Early Intervention class with a total of enrolment of 233 students. The school also houses the Lismore Transition Program. Specific Selection Criteria
Approval to teach special education and/or experience teaching students with behaviour difficulties, autism, emotional disturbance and moderate intellectual disability.
Demonstrated capacity to plan and deliver effective, engaging and differentiated teaching and learning programs for students with high learning needs to ensure they achieve continual growth
Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills to build positive relationships with students, staff and families and contribute to whole school activities
Demonstrated classroom management skills and proven capacity to implement positive behaviour strategies to enhance student engagement and participation.
Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with families to develop student learning and behaviour plans which result in students achieving individual goals.
