Job overview
We are looking to recruit experienced Teaching and Learning Assistants (TALAs) to perform an important role within Berger Primary School.
We will recruit only the best teaching assistants that allow classes to start and progress smoothly. This will allow Class Teachers to concentrate on the task they do best, nurturing young minds.
The successful applicant for this role are expected to be able to deal with all aspects of the classroom environment. The main function of the job is assisting pupils with lessons, especially learners with special educational needs or English not as a first language.
Other tasks include classroom and materials preparation, breakfast, lunch time and after school club supervision, administration and pediatric first aid care.
