Applications are invited for a Teaching and Learning Coordinator (Leadership 2 allowance) at a coeducational Independent Primary School in Sydney’s Fairfield region. The school follows the Christian faith. The school fosters the Christian values and has a stimulating and dynamic environment that guides young children to grow and develop into confident lifelong learners 

About the Role:  

• Full time Permanent Non-teaching position with a leadership 2 allowance 

• Implementing the teaching and learning framework and quality teaching practice within the school. 

• Modelling, coaching, and promoting classroom strategies that maximise student learning through the use of research on best practices. 

• Supporting teachers in the analysis of school performance data. 

• Using emerging technologies to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

• Leading staff teams to facilitate the development, monitoring, and implementation of the School’s Strategic Plan. 

Selection Criteria: 

• Be suitably qualified with an Education Teaching Degree (qualification must be recognised in Australia) 

• Be registered or have the ability to be registered NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)  

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and motivational ability with the ability to analyse data

• Excellent knowledge of teaching and learning strategies along with curriculum reform

• Ability to provide current and teaching related references from Middle Management/Executive Leadership level (please note referees will not be contacted until you have given permission and all applications are treated confidentially) 

• Have the right to work in Australia
