Brookmead School - Job Advertisement Teaching and Learning Support Assistant (1:1) Brookmead School is looking to appoint someone who has significant experience of working as a qualified teaching and learning support assistant with children who have additional needs.

What can you offer? ● A love of working in a school and with primary aged children ● Previous experience of working on a 1:1 basis with children who have special educational needs ● Experience of implementing learning support plans with children who have special educational needs ● Experience of working with children with communication and interaction difficulties ● The ability to ‘think on your feet’ when working with children ● You work well as part of a team ● A good sense of humour!
Start date: As soon as possible Contract: term time only
Salary: £9,562 (22 hour contract but there is potential for overtime salary based on flexibility of candidate to do additional hours per week, National Joint Council range to be reviewed in September)
