We seek to appoint a teacher to our school Teaching and Research Coach team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collegiate and innovative team, and to teach in a school where teachers are supported and encouraged to thrive and develop. Teaching and Research Coaches are lead practitioners, who utilise research and evidence-informed practice to inform our school INSET and CPD programmes - programmes which are enjoyed and appreciated by teachers. Teaching and Research Coaches play a crucial role in helping all staff and students to develop, and are key to our school ethos of sustainable improvement through innovation and intelligent, workload-efficient school systems. Teaching and Research Coaches are teachers in their own subject area, as well as working as a team across the school, under the oversight of the Deputy Headteacher - Quality of Education.
