Salary: Actual Salary £8,284 - £8,764 per annum (possible starting salary of £10,068 per annum)

Do you have experience of working with young people aged 3 – 11?

Are you an enthusiastic and committed child care worker looking to join a warm and welcoming school?

You will have a talent for engaging children and will be required to work flexibly across all age groups and abilities.

This role complements the work of our Teachers by providing in-class and small group support to our children. There will be opportunities to develop within the school and make a valued contribution to our children's learning.

An Early Years Educator or other equivalent ‘full and relevant’ Early Years Qualification will be required for this position.

You will:

  • Be caring and supportive.
  • Be committed to achieving excellent results.
  • Supervise our children who take part in our After School Club
  • Set up, prepare and ensure healthy, light teas/snacks are provided for our children
  • Maintain attendance registers/accidents records/safeguarding concerns
  • Ensure the provision offers a safe and stimulating environment
  • Carry out light domestic duties

The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday from 2.45pm to 6.00pm with additional negotiable hours available during the day to suit the individual applicant.
