We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner to work as part of Lincroft Academy’s SEND Department. You will be expected to work alongside class teachers to raise the standards of student achievement and ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people in accordance with good practice. Experience of working within a similar environment would be preferred although training can be provided for an applicant wishing to gain experience in this field.
You will demonstrate high levels of motivation and have the ability to engage, lead and inspire students to raise standards along with delivering effective outcomes for all students.

We can offer:
- the opportunity to join a highly successful and ambitious school;
- a stimulating and creative working environment where extracurricular activities flourish;
- an exceptional CPD provision for all staff, working in collaboration and sharing best practice.
We encourage applications from enthusiastic, resilient and motivational candidates who share a genuine passion for the post to apply.
