Vision for Education is seeking to appoint Teaching Assistant / TA / Learning Support Assistant / LSA / HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our successful team and to work Primary settings within the Bristol area. 

The desired Teaching Assistant / TA / Learning Support Assistant / LSA / HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant should have experience working with Key Stage Two / KS2 primary aged pupils, and ideally hold a TA or HLTA qualifications. 

We have a number of roles within the Bristol area, however we are working in partnership with a school who are specifically seeking a Teaching Assistant with Key stage Two / KS2 experience to work on a 1:1 basis with a child in Year 5.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position, guiding a child in their educational career. Ideally you will have worked on a 1:1 basis, have some SEND experience – ADHD, and be flexible/creative in your approach.

Requirements

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant / TA / Learning Support Assistant / LSA / HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Ideally (but not essential) hold a TA or HLTA qualification or graduate seeking experience in the education sector

• Have current/recent experience (within the last two years) 

• Be flexible, resilient and the ability to think on their feet

• hold a current enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo one through Vision for Education and have it registered on the Update Service
