Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team who collectively support teaching and learning; within the classroom, provision of SEN support and PPA Cover, as required. Experience as a Teaching Assistant and/or a TA college qualification would be desirable, but is not essential.
You will:
• Be committed to contributing towards improving outcomes for all children
• Be able to support children, either individually or within a group
• Be able to support children with additional needs
• Be forward thinking, able to use initiative and adapt to changing needs
• Have good interpersonal, team and presentation skills
• Have a commitment to the safeguarding of children
• Share in the school’s commitment for excellent achievement and high standards of learning and behaviour
