We require an inspiring Teaching Assistant to join our well-respected and successful Academy. Applicants will need to have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, a Teaching Assistant qualification and preferably prior experience of working in a school environment.

Serlby Park Academy is a 3-16 all through school located in Bircotes and Harworth, a small village within easy access of the A1. Children aged 3 – 16 learn together in one purpose built building with brand new facilities. While our staff specialise in teaching in one phase, the opportunity to work together cross phase to develop and deliver an innovative and cohesive education from when they join the academy aged 3, is something we are passionate about. We serve the villages of Harworth and Bircotes as well as some of the surrounding villages and our academy has a diverse catchment and strong community feel.
