Teaching Assistant

Salary: £13,076 pro rata (£18751 fte) SAT 3

Two vacancies available.

1 Permanent, 1 fixed term for 12 months due to funding.

30 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Term Time plus 5 staff development days.

We have an opportunity to appoint two enthusiastic, inspirational and experienced Teaching Assistants.

We are looking for talented and dynamic individuals that will challenge and motivate our students to get the very best positive results.

The main purpose of this role will be supporting students with an Educational Health Care Plan or SEND need.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to assist in the learning and engagement to small groups of students. You may also be timetabled to support the learning of our students within the mainstream school.

Peacehaven Community School is a fully inclusive school with a Special Facility for students with a Speech, Language and Communication specialism.
