Prospect House is an independent school in Putney for children aged 3 to 11; it is heavily oversubscribed and enjoys an excellent local reputation. We are looking for an EYFS teaching assistant with high expectations who will enjoy working in a well-resourced school with a strong team of supportive colleagues.
The successful candidate, whilst working under the supervision of a qualified teacher, must be able to work independently and be capable of working with small groups of children in order to support their learning and assess their progress and development.
The successful candidate must have the following:

• A willingness to learn
The successful applicant must preferably be educated to degree level or with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Childcare or have experience of working within EYFS
This is a permanent appointment commencing 23 April 2019, salary dependent on qualifications and experience.

About Prospect House School
Prospect House School is a non-denominational, non-selective, co-educational, independent day school for children aged 3-11. It is situated in Putney, West London. There are currently 300 pupils at the school.
A member of the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools, Prospect House opened its doors in 1991. It is located on two sites. The Lower School accommodates children aged 3-7. The Upper School is for pupils aged 7-11 and is a five-minute walk away. Both schools are set in large grounds with spacious playgrounds. The Upper School has the additional resource of an all-weather sports area.
