REQUIRED SEPTEMBER 2018

Level 3A (points 15-18), from £13,683 to £14,367 per annum for 32.5 hours per week term-time only, plus 32.5 hours to be worked outside term-time (based on full-time salary of £17,972 to £18,870)

An exciting opportunity to be part of a strong team in a growing and thriving Academy with a clear vision and ambition for our students.   The successful candidate will offer a wide range of skills supporting vulnerable students within the classroom and beyond.  You will be committed, resourceful and flexible in the role, and be able to work as part of a team while using your own initiative.  

No previous experience is required and training will be provided.  This exciting role offers excellent prospects for progression into teaching and caring professions, and would particularly suit graduates, returners to work and those looking for new opportunities.

As a successful and popular school, Vandyke was requested by Central Beds local authority to expand to accommodate additional students. This expansion programme has added a further 10 new classrooms and PE changing rooms increasing capacity to 1200 students. A further programme to provide a new Sixth Form centre and 12 new Science Labs is also planned and will bring the number on roll to 1500.
