Required Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with SEND, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Medical and Physical Impairments, learning difficulties and health care needs.
The successful candidate will be skilful in working with young people. They will have an understanding of the impact of additional needs on pupils and experience of working with pupils with social, emotional and mental health issues. Patience, creativity, initiative and desire to learn are essential qualities for this post. The diverse role of the TA is crucial and requires enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility.
