Wardle Trust are currently seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to our Secondary school: Wardle Academy.
We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in close liaison with class teachers and the SENCo to support students with a range of additional needs. The successful candidate will work mainly in classrooms supporting individuals or groups, who has a commitment to excellence for all pupils, can provide a supportive and effective role to teaching and learning, and is a good team member with the ability to use their initiative.
We have high expectations for all of our students and the successful candidate will be expected to reinforce these expectations whilst providing appropriate support.
