We currently have exciting opportunities for Teaching Assistants to support our vulnerable learners. This will be done through in-class support and working with small groups of students or on an individual basis. Successful candidates will join and support our wider SEN team and also assist in the development, maintenance and use of resources.
The role will suit enthusiastic and inspirational graduates or experienced Teaching Assistants who enjoy working as part of a dedicated team and want to develop their skills in a school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to gain experience in order to progress towards a teaching career.
The post holder will support and promote equality and diversity, safeguarding and child protection awareness within the school; contribute to the development of a culture of mutual support and; share best practice.
The role is full time, term-time only, plus five additional training days. The post is a Grade 4, and the salary points highlighted below will be pro-rata'd to reflect term-time only working.
