32.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, Term Time + 5 training days.

39 weeks per year.

The University Academy Long Sutton is a popular 11 - 16 years Academy in the rural market town of Long Sutton, and is part of The University of Lincoln Academy Trust. This may bring the opportunity to work across 2 sites.

Due to an increase in numbers, we are currently seeking to appoint a suitable experienced Teaching Assistant to support a variety of pupils.

The successful applicant will be required to have good literacy and numeracy skills, with a minimum requirement of GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English. The Academy Trust was also successful in a bid for a whole school Government’s flagship School Rebuilding Programme (SRP) and the process of this has already started. 

This is an opportunity for someone who has:

  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • An ability to work in a busy environment.
