Come and work with us as a Teaching Assistant and provide learning support for identified pupils with Education and Healthcare Plans. You will need to be able to assist them with their work and have a genuine interest in their development. You will need to have the skills to work with groups of students or with individuals and experience of working in schools or with large groups of teenagers would be advantageous. 

We would especially welcome applications from graduates with a view to progressing onto the Graduate Teacher Programme. Candidates wishing to join the scheme will need to be educated to degree level.
