Permanent Position
26 hours per week, term time only
Monday to Friday; 8:45am – 3:05pm
(with the exception of Thursdays which is an 8:30am start)
Salary Grade 4: £18,426 - £18,795 pro rata, per annum
Actual Annual Gross Salary: £10,784 - £11,000
The Cherwell School is a successful comprehensive school in Oxford, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. We are looking to recruit a permanent Teaching Assistant (TA) for 26 hours per week to join our excellent Mathematics faculty. The successful candidate will be working to support students with special educational needs or disabilities in the classroom. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working with young people, has a flexible and positive approach and who enjoys working as part of a team.

About The Cherwell School
The Cherwell School is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form situated in Oxford. It is an academy converter supported by a multi-academy trust called River Learning Trust. The school provides 1,990 places for students between the ages of 11 and 18 when fully subscribed.
The Cherwell School became an 11-18 school after a reorganisation in 2003 and it converted to academy status in April 2012.
