Teaching Assistant – Level 2/3

Working 1:1 with a child. 

We would like to appoint a new member of support staff to work one to one with a child based in Reception.  The post will be from 8.30 to 3:15, Monday to Friday and will commence in September 2020. This position will be on a temporary contract that will be reviewed at the end of the school year. 

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant who can support pupils in the mainstream classroom with additional needs including Autism, ADHD and other learning difficulties. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supporting 1:1 and small groups 

• Assisting with literacy and numeracy sessions 

• Supporting with behaviour needs and working in line with school policies
