Job Description
Norton Primary Academy is sponsored by the Northern Education Trust. A teaching assistant is required for January 2018.
The governors of the Academy are seeking to appoint an outstanding teaching assistant to be responsible for assisting teachers.
- An outstanding teaching assistant with a relentless commitment to ensuring a highly inclusive and nurturing learning environment where well-being and academic achievement of all children are the core purpose
- Excellent understanding of assessment and the use of data to ensure high expectations can be met
- Experience of establishing strong and effective relationships with parents and external services
- A commitment to the ethos and delivery of education in a through school setting
