Vision for Education is looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our successful supply team and work in a local primary school in Market Rasen. This is a fixed term Teaching Assistant (TA) role, which will commence in April 2019 until July 2019, possibly longer for the right candidate.


Working as part of a dynamic and creative KS2 team, the Teaching Assistant (TA) will focus on supporting a lower KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis, both inside and outside the classroom, whilst also providing general classroom support and as when required.


This primary school is looking for a committed and successful Teaching Assistant (TA) to join their motivated team. The local community is highly supportive of the school and parental involvement is very positive. 


To be considered for the Teaching Assistant (TA) position, you will:

  • Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
  • Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant ideally on a 1:1 basis.
  • Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
