The Royal Hospital School is a leading independent co-educational boarding and day school for 11 – 18 year olds, set in 200 acres of Suffolk countryside overlooking the River Stour.

The Royal Hospital School has the following vacancy:

TEACHER OF LEARNING SUPPORT [Temporary, Part Time]

This is an exciting opportunity for a supportive and inspiring teacher to join our Learning Support Department on a part time basis [up to 0.7 FTE] with immediate effect. 

The successful candidate will teach individual and small group lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 supporting pupils with a range of subjects, especially English and Mathematics, as well as liaising with staff to provide support and strategies for pupils with learning support needs.  Candidates will have relevant teaching experience, with qualifications in Learning Support being advantageous.

Candidates will have the energy and enthusiasm required to commit to a large boarding and day school.

RHS has its own salary scale, outstanding development opportunities and subsidised accommodation may be available.
