  Teacher of English and Drama (temporary post for one year)

Required for September 2018, a well-qualified, hardworking and enthusiastic Teacher of English and Drama, capable of making a strong contribution to maintaining our excellent results in both areas. This is a temporary one-year post with the possibility of it becoming permanent at the end of the year subject to the curriculum and school budget. We are passionate about delivering a high quality and engaging English and Drama curriculum and this is a great opportunity to join two dedicated and hardworking departments where you will be supported to develop your practice. 

The Derby High School is an over-subscribed 11-16 Co-Educational School situated in the heart of Bury, Greater Manchester. Year on year our students make exceptional progress and we are currently the highest performing school in Bury for Progress 8. GCSE results in English, Drama and Dance are extremely positive.
