Following the introduction of a new teaching spine in 2016 whereby incremental rises are linked to performance, we are proud to say that no member of teaching staff had an increment withheld during the academic year 17/18. We believe in supporting staff successes and incremental rises are key part of this. As such, we do our up most to work together to avoid withholding the rises wherever possible.
