Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum

The Role - Therapeutic Education Practitioner (Learning Mentor)

We are looking for Therapeutic Education Practitioners to mentor and support young people with complex neuro-diverse needs through holistic and therapeutic strategies.

Essential requirements to be successful in the role are:

  • Hold Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at level two or above (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Minimum of one year's experience working directly with high risk and complex pupils in a recognised social work, youth work or education setting.
  • Substantial experience of working with young people with SEMH.
  • Be a positive role model.
  • A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.
