This is an opportunity to be part of the central teaching, learning and assessment (TLA) directorate, delivering an exceptional level of service and support to curriculum departments across the college. The performance team are responsible for data analytics and quality assurance of TLA to inform incisive improvement planning.

You will have a passion for data and systematic approaches to delivering solutions focussed strategies. You will be innovative and creative in supporting others to have maximum impact on performance and the quality improvement of TLA. With a insightful understanding of education and high expectations of those delivering an outstanding service, you will be able to represent the TLA directorate with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a confident but approachable manner, to be able to advise colleagues and utilise data and performance indicators to inform and empower others to improve.
